Patient Fees and Billing
Payment is due at the time service is rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance before your appointment. We will happily provide you with the cost of charges for any procedure upon request. If you have dental insurance, we will be happy to submit the claim to your insurance carrier.
Anthem picks up where insurance leaves off.
For your convenience, we accept Anthem. Anthem gives you flexibility and convenience when managing out-of-pocket health and dental care expenses.
